Terms of Service — LM Presenze

1. Service description

LM Presenze is a SaaS service for attendance management, timesheets, absences and monthly reports, provided by LM Servizi & Consulenze IT.

2. Access and accounts

Access is reserved to employees of client companies. Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials.

3. Subscription

The service is available on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Upon expiration, data remains accessible in read-only mode. No data is automatically deleted.

4. User obligations

• Fill in timesheets with accurate data
• Do not share your credentials
• Comply with company attendance policies

5. Service availability

LM Presenze aims to guarantee 99.5% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

6. Data ownership

Data entered remains the property of the client company. LM Servizi IT processes it exclusively for service delivery.

7. Limitation of liability

LM Presenze does not replace a labour consultant. Calculations of leave, permits and overtime are indicative and must be verified by the accountant.

8. Applicable law

This agreement is governed by Italian law. Competent court: Bologna.
